The Founder Md. Musleuddin belongs to an area of District & Block Pakur, State Jharkhand. Its dominated by STs, SCs, Minority Muslims and other OBCs. Being Un-served, under-served and under developed, he from his student life (2002-2003) was very much involved with Social Services for the distressed populations. In the year 2003-2004 he became involved as Volunteer with a Voluntary Organisation. Being encouraged by a Mentor of NFI, New Delhi, established this organisation in the year 2005-06 (08.03.06) with the representatives of involved target audiences where registered it on 05.11.2007.

The said organisation started working with the mentioned target populations in forming their SHGs, their capacity building, small business promotion for self-employment linking local banks (being familiar for his past role ), linked the populations with Total Sanitation Programmes, Pulse Polio Campaign, etc. Feeling necessity of registering the Organisation, they registered it in the year 2007-2008.

From experience point of view the NGO has gathered experience more than 4 years but as per registration is concern it has just reached on 4th. year ( with Three Audit Year ).
